We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return window with free return shipping on eligible items.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

• We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns.

• Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label by email.

• You’ll simply print the label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
